Hi -
I'm no expert on cell phone "locking/unlocking"
I'm pretty sure there's no other way to see if it's unlocked than to put
a different sim card in it and try it. Can you borrow someone's sim for
just a few minutes to see? Or, you can maybe take the phone to "any"
cell phone store and ask a salesperson there if it is locked. They
should be able to tell you in a few seconds.
